Do you want to save the environment while also saving your life? The first edition of The Live Food Factor, The Comprehensive Guide to the Ultimate Diet for Body, Mind & Spirit won the IPPY Award for "Most Progressive Health Book of the Year."

This second edition is updated, expanded and revised. It includes not only everything you need to know about the raw food diet but also a concise summary of all the other health factors included in the system of Natural Hygiene (several chapters by Victoria BidWell). Two wonderful women, leaders in the Natural Hyiene and raw food movements, wrote forewords. Dr. Vetrano calls it "the very best book on alternative health care ever done" and Victoria Boutenko says it is "destined to become a classic."

The book contains 120 recipes in addition to 66 scientific studies showing the superiority of raw, 20 testimonials (with photos), frequently asked questions, a fasting chapter, a chapter on getting kids to eat raw, 10 reasons to stop cooking, a complete resource guide, and much, much more.
